- Click on the register link on the left side of most pages and fill out
the application, print the page and fax this application to us.
- Call us and apply over the phone.
How long will it take to be approved?
- This depends on your application, but generally from a few hours
to a few days.
Who does ProheatDirect.com sell to?
- Only Trades people with current state licenses. If you do not qualify to purchase
products through ProheatDirect.com then please contact us and we will direct you to our
retail site.
Please Note: Not all products are available for retail purchase.

Can I change my billing information on-line?
- No, you must contact us to do this. Once we have changed your Billing
information we will contact you.
Can I change my shipping information on-line?
- Yes, but, your account must be approved to do this beforehand.
Can I change how I pay for my order on-line?
- No, you must use the account information on file. If you want to
change this information you must contact us.
Can I change any information after I place my order?
- Yes, but you will need to contact us before we ship your order.
